Mark Walker spent 16 years in vocational ministry before his campaign for Congress. He has been serving as a Congressman since January 2015 and is making a difference in reducing the waste and excess of the federal government; leading on anti-human trafficking legislation, removing Washington out of our classrooms, and pushing for criminal justice reform.

Mark and his wife Kelly, a family nurse practitioner, have three children and are celebrating 25 years of marriage.

WALTER PETTY Chatham County Commissioner District 5: electwpetty.com

Walter Petty is a native of Chatham Count and graduated from NC State University in 1978 with a degree in Agriculture. Walter grew up raising poultry, cattle, hay crops, and tobacco on the same farm that was tended by his Great Grandfather. He currently owns and operated Atlantic Power Solutions, Inc. Walter has served Chatham County as District 5 County Commissioner since 2010. His many service roles include the Agriculture Advisory Committee, Chatham Trades, the EDC and he is a voting member of the Enhanced 911.

Walter has been married to Abby for 40 years and they have 3 sons.

BRIAN BOCK Chatham County Commissioner District 3: bockforchatham.com

Brian has a long history of serving his community. He enlisted in the United States Navy after high school and served as an intelligence specialist until 1992. After leaving active duty, he received a direct commission in the US Navy reserve as an Intelligence Officer and served another 10 years. He embarked on a career as an investment professional, eventually becoming Managing Director of the North and South Carolina region of Suntrust Bank's private asset management operations. In 2010, he was elected to serve a 4 year term as a Chatham County Commissioner. While Commissioner, almost 1200 new jobs were created, he increased funding for education, and he implemented the strongest water protection regulation in North Carolina. Brian currently serves on the Chatham County Planning Board.

NEILL LINDLEY Commissioner District 4: electlindley.com

Neill Lindley is a native of Chatham County. Educated in the Chatham County school system and NC State University, Neill lives with his wife Cori on the farm where he was born. He is a fourth generation dairy farmer and in 2006, he transformed the farm to organic. Neill is past President of the Silk Hope Ruritan Club and serves on the board of Chatham Traders in Siler City. Neill and his wife Cori have 3 children and 1 grandchild.

Jay Stobbs and his wife MJ have been residents of Chatham County since 2005 and are members of Trinity Presbyterian Church. Jay brings a life-long distinguished military and business background to NC politics. A West Point graduate, veteran, and Eagle Scout, Jay has a Master of Science degree and worked at the Pentagon. He also earned an MBA degree. He advocates for the safety and security of teachers, attracting businesses, promoting opportunities extended by community colleges, and championing for the needs of veterans and their families.

TOM GLENDINNING NC Senate District 23: tgforncsenate23.com

Raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Tom served in the United States Marine Corps and spent most of his life in business. He served as Vice President and President of Glencliff Hospital. Tom has served Chatham County on the Chatham County Economic Development board, the tax appraiser board, the Planning Board and others. He was the first organic landscaper in NC and served on over a dozen nonprofit boards.
